the world doesn’t pause.

we’re building a place that does.

Most people aren't looking for more.

They're looking for less.

Less noise, less pace, less performance.

Wellness has become hospitality's most overpromised, underdelivered feature - present on the brochure, absent in the experience. It gets bolted on, watered down, forgotten by year two.

TSG was created to approach this differently.

We're not adding wellness to a hotel.

We're building from it.

Our flagship is a retreat-focused boutique property on the Red Sea, built in harmony with the land. Beachfront cabins. Dedicated wellness spaces. Thoughtful, nourishing food.

Programming runs year-round - retreats, trainings, workshops, and immersions, co-created with practitioners of genuine standing, planned well in advance.

The first of its kind. Designed to be the standard.

Luxury outdoor pool area with lounge chairs, umbrellas, and modern house with large glass windows, surrounded by palm trees under a clear blue sky.
Indoor restaurant with large palm tree in the center, ocean view through large windows, tables and chairs set for dining, hanging paper lantern lights, and a natural, tropical decor style.
Outdoor patio with wooden tables and chairs under a wooden canopy, desert plants, including cacti, and mountains in the background.

for the right partners

Three models built around a different level of involvement - all held to the same standard.

Indoor yoga mat with small stone and two blocks labeled 'TSG' in front of large window showing a lakeside with palm trees and mountain range.
Desert landscape with two sparse trees in foreground, rugged mountains in background, and clear sky.

For practitioners

We work with a number of teachers, retreat hosts, and facilitators who bring genuine depth - and an audience that trusts them.

What we provide is the structure around that: the space, the operational backbone, the guest experience, and a programming calendar built well in advance. The relationship is intentional on both sides. We are building something that holds, and the people we work with are chosen because they are too.

TRANSFORMATION RARELY ANNOUNCES ITSELF.

IT SHOWS UP LATER, IN HOW YOU HANDLE A TUESDAY.
